How it Works
Your team completes a 30-item survey. The Accelerator produces a report tied directly to your team’s own responses, scored across six dimensions of team performance:

- Collaborative Processes and Tools
- Delivery Excellence and Agility
- Accountability and Ownership
The report names the patterns holding the team back, points to the areas that matter most, and gives the leader focused questions to start the right conversations. It is built to stand on its own, so you do not need a facilitator in the room to make sense of it.
What Makes it Different
Most teams have sat through a workshop at some point and come away with a shared vocabulary that faded within a quarter. The workshop named the ideas. It did not measure the team.
The Accelerator gives you a measurement of your specific team as it works right now. Every finding traces back to what your team reported, so you can judge it against what you already know and act on what rings true.
