Who This Is For

Nonprofit organizations with annual operating expenses of $5 million or less that are ready to invest in a serious, structured planning process. Our clients are typically executive directors and board leaders who want a plan that will actually guide their organization’s decisions and priorities, not a compliance exercise.

What to Expect

Your stakeholders get a real voice. We begin by listening. A customized survey and confidential interviews surface what your staff, partners, and community actually think, and that evidence becomes the foundation your strategy is built on.
Your leadership team builds the plan. We facilitate the process, but your leaders make the critical choices and set the goals. Two focused co-creation workshops translate the discovery findings into a strategy your team genuinely owns.
Your board is brought along with you. We support board engagement throughout, culminating in a full-day retreat where your board reviews, refines, and approves the final plan.
Your team is set up to act on it. With our Complete Partnership offering, we don’t stop at approval. We introduce the plan to your staff, orient your board to their implementation role, and return three to six months later to review progress and surface any barriers.
