Communicating Across Styles for Better Collaboration​

We all bring different approaches to how we express ideas, make decisions, and show up at work. But those differences—if misunderstood—can create friction and slow progress. This workshop helps teams build awareness of their individual communication styles and how they affect collaboration.

Using a simple, memorable framework (Pioneer, Driver, Guardian, Integrator), participants will explore the strengths and blind spots of each style. Through small-group discussions, hands-on activities, scenario-based role play, and reflection, team members learn how to adapt their approach to work more effectively with others.

By the end of the session, each participant will create a personal “communication charter” to support ongoing team alignment and self-awareness.
